Safety comes first here at Sand Spur Farm, especially in our lesson program. Our lessons are tailored to the individual, fully prepared to find that safe and confident rider. Here at Sand Spur Farm we focus on creating lasting partnerships with horses by achieving your goals not someone else's! This unique  lesson program is designed to give the rider a solid base in equine knowledge , riding fundamentals as well as balance the joy of working with horses and the responsibilities that go along with them. This program is guaranteed to give every rider the total equestrian experience.

Our lesson program is like no other. Children will learn a little bit of everything to decide what they like best. We actively participate in hunter paces, trail rides, fun rodeo shows, schooling days and so much more.

We don't forget about the fun either!! We normally have our students work toward a goal of their choice (may that be a horse show or a big trail ride). And with a goal in mind, it allows horseback riding to be a more memorable experience.
